Understand Your H2o Needs

Before making the decision to drink water, understanding the fluid needs of your body is important.

Ideally, it is recommended that you take about 1,920 ml (64 ounces) of water daily – which is about 8 cups.

For most people, drinking water to quench their thirst will make sure they meet their fluid needs. However, more fluids may be needed if you live in a hot climate area, work outside, or exercise regularly.

Set a Goal

Try setting a daily goal can help you drink more water. You’ll motivate yourself better and there’s every possibility that the changes made would last.

Setting a goal also helps you track and record your progress – and in the long run, it’ll become a habit.

Carry a Reusable Water Bottle

By carrying a reusable water bottle (avoid single-use plastics), you’ll have the freedom to drink water wherever you are. Whether you are at work, home, school, running errands or traveling, you can drink water on the go.
