Kettlebell Exercises For Abs

Core strength does not have to be sit-ups only. There is a lot more you can do to make your abs rock hard. Kettlebells are a great way to help your abs, among other types of muscle groups. Check out the ones below. Maybe start with one and see how your abs progress.

Halo Half-Kneeling

By starting from a half-kneeling motion, get your left foot out ahead. Make sure to hold the kettlebell by the horns. Focus on the core and circle the kettlebell by creating a halo-like angel. Try 8 to 10 reps to get the most out of your workout.

Sit-Up Straight-Legged

We talked about how sit-ups are not the only thing to help with abs. But, there are modifications that can help in the form of sit-ups. Start by lying face-up on the ground. Make sure your legs and arms are straight. Use the kettlebell diagonally in front of your body. If you repeat this 8 to 10 times, you will see some serious results.

Wood Chop Reversal

This is another half-kneeling exercise that needs the knees bent at 90-degrees. By doing a reverse motion, you can get 8 to 10 repetitions with no problem at all.
