Other foods that are beneficial to the eye include carrots, salmon, sardines, and tuna.
Rest your eyes
We live in the digital age, and many people work in front of a computer screen for hours, thereby straining the eyes and suffering from fatigued eyes at the end of each day. Experts have recommended a 20-20 rule to deal with this. The rule provides that for every 20 minutes spent looking at a screen, stare at something else that is about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. This will help to reduce eye strain.
Regularly go for eye check–ups
You might think that your eyesight is satisfactory, but there is no way to be certain except you get it checked by a trained expert. Regular check-ups will prevent avoidable complications with eye issues.
